What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is therapy for body, mind, and spirit, for anyone who seeks to make positive and healthy changes in their life. Even the most motivated individual can sometimes block their own progression to wellness. Many of these blocks are inabilities to relax, release anxiety, and are caused from negative thoughts, or behavioral patterns that have been ingrained since childhood. Hypnosis can assist those people that have experienced these patterns, which impede their lives. In most cases, these patterns were the actual cause of their health problems.

Breathing exercises are one of the simplest relaxation strategies, and can effectively calm your stressed-out body and mind anywhere at any time. Breathe in to a slow count of three, and then breathe out to the same slow count of three. Feel your belly rise and fall as you breathe in and out. Repeat five times, or as long as you need to feel relaxed.
